Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability).
To request an exchange:
- Contact us using the information below with your order number and requested item
- Once approved, send the original item back to us
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the replacement item
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return Shipping

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
