Return Policies

At Venture Watch Bands, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Free from signs of wear, damage, or modification

  • Returned with original packaging where applicable

Items that show visible wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or style, we’re happy to help with an exchange (subject to availability).

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us using the information below with your order number and requested item
  • Once approved, send the original item back to us
  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will ship the replacement item

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
